Pilates time with your kids

It may be that when people say that you can make by using the Pilates method in a short time, they really want to say a very short time. And if they say exercise by using the Pilates method with your friends and your family is still possible, they will be back to the right, but what about Pilates with your children? The small?

It has been a long time that serious fitness exercise for the body, especially for the loss of fat in the abdomen, and so should be used with caution. And since the children are not many different body needs in comparison to the adults who exercise this way has never been the trend for them. Kids need, especially in the light some stretching, deck supports, jogging and relaxed, breathing, and they are all together. They normally settle for them. If the age of young people, their body is a different experience, and is suitable for any changes or physical activity to which they are exposed. This time, however, the Pilates is another.
