Pilates: The exercise for strength |
It is a mistake, that the pursuit of the Pilates method is really good for the extension and expansion of the database muscles of the body. Many people use it to tone their abs and improve their posture, but in reality, Pilates can do much more. In fact, when used in combination with a "heart" component of aerobic exercise (such as jogging or spinning) Pilates can give you a fantastic full training of the body!
